P.E.A.C.E. in the Park

Each month we have breakfast and/or lunch in the park to break bread  and have dialogue with Tribe members. (Crips, Bloods and Community residents). We play music, board games, tell stories and eat good food. This is a time for healthy, positive engagement and mental strengthening. We teach inner-peace and ways to implement kindness, respect, compassion and an understanding of why our lives matter. We also use this time to survey the needs of community members. Whether these needs include jobs, housing, food, clothes, mental health support or other essentials. We connect Tribe members and community with the resources that create a sustainable and better life.
